nautilus ftp client needs an option to change to active mode

Bug Description

I have to work with a FTP server that does not support Passive Mode(which is enabled by default on nautilus).

The Nautilus Build-in ftp client should have a way to change between Active/Passive modes, Maybe an "Advanced Options" on Places->Connect to server.

I also just discovered I need to get into an ftp server that only runs active mode. I was finally able to do it after installing filezilla from the repositories, but I would like to add to the above suggestion that there be an "advanced" button added to the dialog to allow for active mode connections.
