Bug Description

"Accidentally" adding a standard dictionary when offline does not allow it to be removed except by changing the ~/.gnome2/gnome-dictionary contents. Simply attempt to add one of the default dictionaries, and it shows up twice in the right pane. Attempts to delete it result in an error message. It should allow a deletion of a duplicate entry if at least ONE of the original entries is there.

Further, the Dictionary Sources pane is not updating after adding or removing a source.

This is on Koala.

This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please answer these questions:
1. Is this reproducible?
2. If so, what specific steps should we take to recreate this bug? Be as detailed as possible.
This will help us to find and resolve the problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Dictionary from menu Applications>Office>Dictionary.
2. From menu, select Edit>Preferences.
3. Double-click on "Default Dictionary Server". This should open
(eventually) an "Edit Dictionary Source" box.
4. Click Close button at bottom of dialog box.
5. Now TWO "Default Dictionary Server" choices are offered.
6. Select one of them (either one) and press the "-Remove" button.
7. A box pops up warning about the permanancy of this move. Press
"-Remove" button in this box.
8. Error box displays "Unable to remove source 'Default Dictionary
Server'.

Note that the main window display of servers (on the right panel) does
not update properly, but I think this is another bug.

Hope that helps. Please let me know if you need any more information.
Thanks!

Seems to be fixed in Dictionary 2.30.0. The fix seems to have been implemented simply by changing the default name when the add button is pressed.
