can't take a screenshot include the window border

Bug Description

It's not possible to take a screenshot include window border by "Applications->Accessories->Take Screenshot"! Even if check "Include the window border" the screenshot won't include window border. "Alt+Print" is like that.

thank you for your bug report, it lacks basic informations as the ubuntu version you are using to be useful though, do you use the desktop effects option?

Thanks for replay; I'm using 9.04 and visual effects(in appearance properties) are in extra level.
What else is needed?
