Binary package hint: gnome-utils
After opening gnome dictionary and before looking up any words, the gnome dictionary Go menu not accessible.
This is against the GNOME HIG: "Do not disable menu titles. Allow the user to explore the menu, even though there might be no available items on it at that time."
