gnome-search-tool: don't list entries which have an incorrect encoding

When in folder names use very special characters (example: "�
" equal to "file:///home/michael/Musik/last.fm/Keyshia%20Cole/%D8%01") the folder an the files in the folder where not found when searching.

The program that have create this names for the folders have a bug. (I have found it and the Programmer have remove it. See for that http://forum.ubuntuusers.de/topic/neuer-artikel:-last-exit-fuer-lastfm/6/ [german language])

The problem is that I can't search for this files but there exists and nautilus (and ls) can display it. The folders and all files that in the folders where invisible for the gnome-search-tool.

I'm only a user, but I think it is not good when the gnome-search-tool don't find files.

the encoding seems to be incorrect for those, could you attach a directory example to the bug?

I have create a zip-file. By decompress the archiv the directory name ist not the same as the original but have an incorrect encoding too.
