Bug Description
General usability comment in a multiuser network-fs environment:
In a network & quota environment, users are confused when they have
500M quota but Disk Usage Analyzer says 555G free.
Can baboab check whether the command quota exists, and use its output
for the current user if it does, and if it refers to /home/?
Also:
Scan home *always* shows a full red bar at the top if sorted by size.
Even if a user is using 1% of their quota. The red looks like they are already
over quota or using up all the quota.
