I can't find what package to call it to update for Bionic. This bug has remained throughout 17.04, 17.10, and 18.04.

https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/files-preview.html still says it's built-in. It's still not. A fix was never released. A fix is either stop promising functionality on the official documentation, or make preview function from scratch in default install of Ubuntu.
