Laptop suspends when lid is closed even with Tweaks setting turning that off

All of a sudden my laptop suspends when the lid is closed for any period of time. I’m running a dual operating system on it so it’s a hassle to try to restart with the normal suspend feature. I was able to turn it off at one point but it’s not working anymore for some reason even with turning the tweaks setting for suspending when lid closed on and off.
