Bug Description
Disabling 'Application Menu' on Ubuntu 18.04.4 on X produces inconsistent and unexpected results with regards to program icons that appear next to titlebar buttons. For instance, in GNOME Terminal the program icon becomes distorted and is placed above titlebar buttons.
In GNOME Files, the titlebar icon appears as expected: it is tiny and placed right next to the titlebar buttons.
In Eye of GNOME, the titlebar icon represents the images being displayed.
