Keyboard layout switch shortcuts don't work in 19.10

After updating to 19.10 slightly ahead of time keyboard shortcuts from gnome-tweaks (most of them, I've clicked through almost all of them without any effect) to change keyboard layout doesn't appear to be working.

Alt+Shift changed behaviour, It switched languages but only afte i click it TWICE
