Menu's font pop by top panel can not set by gnome-tweaks

Bug Description
If I right click any icon on top panel a menu a will pop, the menu's font can not set by gnome-tweaks, this makes gnome very ugly I think.

The nautilus's font can be set by my favorite bitmap font, look at the difference.
I have report this directly to gnome on gitlab, but the issue close very quickly, they said they know it but never want to fix this bug to make gnome better.
