 * This is a new stable release in the 46 series.

 * gnome-text-editor is the default text editor in Ubuntu Desktop; if it is not working the user could look for alternative text editors in the application store.

As a component of GNOME core, there is a micro-release exception for gnome-calculator

Closing for the current serie since the new version is in Oracular already, I've sponsored the SRU to Noble now and it's waiting for review in the queue
