Bug Description

In Gnome Text Editor, when there are several tabs, the Ctrl+Home (resp. Ctrl+End) shortcuts navigate to the first (resp. last) tab instead of going to the top (resp. bottom) of the current document. When only one document is open (no tabs), the shortcuts work as expected (and as documented in the shortcuts window).
