Better interface for tabs

Hello,

I write you because I think
 you should add a button to add a new tab (Shif+Ctrl+T)
 you should add a button on each tab to close it

In fact this 2 features are presents in KDE Konsole and are very usefull.

It could be add as an option "Show tab even if only one"

Part 2 of your bug is fixed in Dapper.

This seems to be fixed. Shift+Ctrl+T opens a new tab and there is a close button on each tab. What would be the reason to show tab if there is only one? Shouldn't this bug be closed?

No, because there still should be a convenient way to create a tab.

Ideally if there is a + button, when there is only one tab it should be on the same line as the menu bar to not take up any more vertical space.

Actually ... it is useful to display the whole tab as well as a +, as you can then easily drag it into another window.

At the moment if I want to drag it to another window I have to create another temporary tab and drag the first one.
