'set title' doesn't work

Precise 64-Bit up-to-date

Currently running the precise 'Checkbox App Testing Tests' and
couldn't change as expected the terminal title by selecting 'Terminal > Set Title...'

It does not work for me. I am expecting that the window title will be updated, for me it always stays as "Terminal". When I run it from the command-line with -t "foo" it works fine.

Interestingly the text I set is remembered by Terminal-->Set Title when I go back, it's just that the actual window title is not updated.
