Bug Description

I have a dual screen set up (2x 1280by1024) for a total size of 2560x1080. When I open "Terminal" and slide it over on to the second screen the window is cut off at abut 2050 pixels from the left hand side. ( screen shots attached)

This is the only app that I have found that does this.

The "Terminator" also does the same thing.

This bug seems to limited to Unity 2D.

When I logged in with the Gnome classic desktop env and the terminal app does not get cut off.

Hi All

Just upgraded to 12.04 and the bug is still there and it is even a little worse. The Menu bar acrros the op of the screen now get cut off at the same point.

It looks like the cut off happens at 2048 pixels - Which does not look like a random number.

I know that this is not important for anyone else but me. I am thinking that it is most likely due to the graphic drivers.

Is there anyone that can give me some directions on things that I can look into.

What do these three apps have in common.
