maximised gnome-terminal crashes when zoomed out and changing tabs

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
1. Experienced on Ubuntu 10.10 x64
2. gnome-terminal version 2.32.0-0ubuntu1
3. Expected tabs to change successfully.
4. Instead, gnome-terminal crashed, taking all open tabs with it.
I have repeated this bug on two machines, both with ubuntu 10.10 x64.
Steps to repeat:
1. Open gnome terminal (Applications-
2. Maximise the window.
3. Open a second tab.
4. Zoom out four or more times, either by pressing ctrl+- or by selecting Zoom Out from the View menu.
5. Switch tabs, by pressing ctrl+pgup, ctrl+pg down or by clicking on another tab with the mouse.
6. gnome-terminal crashes.

Just tested this on the 10.10 32-bit install on my macbook pro, and you have to zoom out five times before it'll crash. Otherwise the symptoms are the same.
