Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
If I have multiple tabs open in terminal, and one of them is running a process (for example, I'm in the middle of an ssh session), when I press Ctrl + Shift + W to close the tab, I get a dialog with two options, "Cancel" and "Close Terminal," which both have the same shortcut, "C."

I also see this bug. Can be reproduced using these steps:
1. launch gnome-terminal
2. type "man ls"
3. without closing the man page click the top right close button "X-mark" to close the terminal
