Dapper flight5 - vi my.cnf causes terminal to deadlock

Bug Description

The command "vi /etc/mysql/my.cnf" causes gnome-terminal to lock up completely. Sometimes the vi display comes onscreen and sometimes it locks showing what was left at the console. I cannot do anything with that terminal window or even launch a new terminal. Force quitting the app returns everything to normal.

The my.cnf I am trying to edit has not been modified or touched in any way from the installed package. I can vi the file just fine at the Linux text console.

After a massive apt-get upgrade, this does not appear to be happening anymore. Looks like it was already fixed, thanks!
