[Jaunty] Terminal thinks a task is running when you are authorised as root

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

Enter "su" in the GNOME Terminal, and enter the root password.
Then close the window.
It think that a task is still running.

This bug does not exist in Ubuntu 8.10 Intrepid Ibex.
It only does that in 9.04 Alpha 5-.
