2009-01-04 01:15:11 Lupine gnome-terminal: statusexplanation Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better, but unfortunately I've been unable to reproduce your issue on Ubuntu 8.10. On this same computer your are having this problem on, can you reproduce this issue with an Ubuntu LIVE CD and report back in the problem still exists on Ubuntu 8.10?

2009-04-11 00:16:16 Bernhard description Binary package hint: gnome-terminal When I set gnome-terminal to launch on start-up via Sessions Preferences in the System menu of Ubuntu 8.04 gnome-terminal appears in the top-right corner of the desktop without the title bar which normally appears. The title bar has a Window Menu that pops up when you click on the Terminal icon on the left and with minimize, unmaximize, and close window buttons on the right. The gnome-terminal cannot be moved when it appears without the title bar. The title bar always appears when I manually launch gnome-terminal after start up. The problem has only appeared when I set it to launch on start-up in Session Preferences. I would also appreciate also if someone could tell me another way to set it to launch on start-up i.e. which file to modify, rather than going through Session Preferences.
