2006-09-06 21:54:19 Sebastien Bacher gnome-terminal: statusexplanation The new backtrace doesn't look like a crash to me. Can somebody produce a debug backtrace with https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DebuggingProgramCrash ? That bug was about some issue which has been fixed as said by Michael. People who have reopened it seems to have a different issue or the same one from a non-official package. Marking the bug as fixed again, feel free to reopen if you get the issue by using an official package. Ubuntu is not responsive for packages you download to some random place on the net
