Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
I would really like a straight line cursor, like the one found in text editors and similar. I've never understood the block type cursor found in many terminal applications.

I don't believe that there is currently an option to change the cursor to a vertical line. You can turn off the blinking of the block cursor within the profile preferences, however.
Not sure if that helps or not.
