How to regenerate:
1. Open a terminal (gnome-terminal)

3. Search for terminal and hit enter
4. It will open another instance of gnome-terminal

Expected behavior:
1. Bring already opened instance to front.

Removing line NoDisplay=true from /usr/share/applications/org.gnome.Terminal.desktop fix the problem. gnome-terminal also create an additional desktop file named gnome-terminal.desktop which is unnecessary.
