Some right click menu actions of GNOME Terminal are not translated

Bug Description
"Copy", "Copy as HTML" and "Paste" right click menu actions of GNOME Terminal are not translated in Ubuntu Bionic although they are fully translated in Launchpad. It looks like that the translation is not applied for some reason. See the attached screenshot.

I think the reason is that two of the strings have been changed:
"Copy" -> "_Copy"
"Paste" -> "_Paste"
"Copy as _HTML" is new.
The language packs were last created on January 18, and the latest upload of the gnome-terminal package was built on January 21. This will hopefully be fixed through next language pack update.
