1. Install Ubuntu 17.10
2. Launch gnome-terminal
3. Try to open new terminal window/tab with <Ctrl+Shift+t> hotkey
Expected results:
gnome-terminal opens new tab/window with <Ctrl+Shift+t> hotkey
Actual results:
gnome-terminal does not open new tab/window with <Ctrl+Shift+t> hotkey
