Bug Description
GNOME-Terminal's help pages state that it should be possible to detach tabs and attach them to other GNOME-Terminal windows. This was previously possible but doesn't work any longer. It's only possible to reorder tabs inside one window but not to move them to a separate one, let alone detach them from the current window.
Ubuntu 17.10 using gnome-terminal 3.24.2-0ubuntu4

It's unfortunately temporarily disabled due to an underlying GTK+ bug which might cause a crash.
