Bug Description
Reproducing
-----------
1. Start gnome-terminal.
2. Type enough to activate scrolling (eg. hit enter about 24 times for default size).
3. Enter enough characters to get almost to end of line, then type an URL, e.g. "https:/
4. Scroll up one line, so that only the first part of the URL is visible, e.g. "https:/
5. Ctrl + click the URL.
Expected Result
---------------
Web browser opens with the complete URL, e.g. "https:/
Actual Result
-------------
Web browser opens with the truncated URL, e.g. "https:/
Further Information
-------------------
The bug does not occur if the second line (with the last bit of the URL) is visible. I tried with both Firefox (49.0.2) and Chrome (54.0.2840.90) with the same result.
