gnome-terminal does not start

I can't launch gnome terminal after upgrade to ubuntu-gnome 16.10.
Another user on this computer/OS can.

Programs like Midnight Commander and iPython also don't start.

I used xterm to execute $ubuntu-bug gnome-terminal for this report.

After upgrading gnome-settings-daemon and reboot gnome-terminal works again.

After upgrading gnome-settings-daemon and reboot gnome-terminal works again.
It works a few minutes after log in and after some time if all gnome-terminal windows was closed new one can't be launched.
