Borders return when extra tabs exist

For this release, window borders have been removed. However, when adding tabs they return and look out of place.

The issue is not present on 16.04. I think it's safe to consider this one invalid for currently supported versions.

I'll close this one by marking "Invalid" on the basis that although the report may have referred to a valid issue the report itself is now invalid due to its age and lack of information regarding possible fixes or action to be taken.
