1. Start gnome-terminal, put it on secondary screen.
2. While gnome-terminal window is focused, change the current workspace (using shortcut or launcher)
3. return to the workspace gnome-terminal was launched.
4. observe that gnome-terminal have jumped to primary screen. (which is the bug)
Actually, gnome-terminal will have jumped to the primary screen during phase 2. |

2. open new tab and maximize or set fullscreen (F11)
3. While gnome-terminal window is focused, change the current workspace (using shortcut or launcher)
4. return to the workspace gnome-terminal was launched.
