Bug Description

TEST CASE
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+T to open a terminal window.
2. Drag the window to the top panel to maximize it.
3. Restore the window by dragging down from the top panel or using the restore window button.

ACTUAL RESULT
The terminal window remains large, as if it hadn't been restored (It isn't attached to the screen, though).

EXPECTED RESULT
The Terminal returns to it's original size.

Note that this doesn't happen if the window is maximized using the Maximize window button.
