g-s-t can't detect if ntp server is installed

Bug #8756 reported by Vincent Untz

Affects Status Importance Assigned to Milestone
gnome-system-tools (Ubuntu)
Fix Released

Bug Description

g-s-t looks in /etc/init.d to know if a server is installed.
For ntp, it looks for ntp-simple or ntp-refclock, but it should look for ntp-server.

I will attach a patch.
