network-admin ppp setup requires login/password which is unneccesary for GPRS config

Running Edgy, when using a GSM mobile phone as a GPRS modem no ppp username or password is required (the ppp connection is to your phone and not to the network). Specifying a bogus username and password sometimes works but not always(network dependant).
