Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Running Edgy, when using a GSM mobile phone as a GPRS modem no ppp username or password is required (the ppp connection is to your phone and not to the network). Specifying a bogus username and password sometimes works but not always(network dependant).

Thank you for your bug. Somebody should take that upstream, opening an upstream task to reflect that

Any news about this, did somebody sent this upstream and can provide a bug number? Or became this invalid over the time?
