Bug Description

The help for the services-admin application's help documents an apparently earlier incarnation of the application including different screenshots and different functionality than that present in Dapper.

To verify:

1. Launch the services-admin application from Gnome using System --> Administration --> Services or by opening a terminal and typing services-admin

2. Enter your sudo password

3. Click the Help button in the lower left of the Services Settings window.

4. Click the "Getting Started" link. Notice the difference in look and features from the application that Dapper is actually using.
