Gateway is never saved (edgy knot 2)

Bug Description

During the liveCD session, the gateway is never saved with network-manager.

I had to set it with route add default gateway x.x.x.x but network-manager doesn't load the data.

I'm using a wired connection.

This bug exists in installed Edgy for me too.
