Admin date/time tool crash in 'fuseau horaire' selection

The tool is working fine except when trying to modify the 'fuseau horaire':

1/ the little map is not displayed (in fact buggy)
2/ everything even getting out by 'cancel' lead to crash

Note: compiz packages are removed
