Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
time-admin is not working properly:
1. When I attempt to select a time zone, I get an all-black map (attached as timezone.png)
2. When I try to select (blindly of course) my time zone, it does not get selected, and there are no options in the drop down combo box below the map.
3. When I press the close button, time-admin crashes
