Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
The Time & Date settings app is buggy in Karmic (it was not in Jaunty). Sometimes I cannot open it (I get a permission error), but when it opens, the timezone appears empty though it was set properly before. Also, the window to select the timezone (with the world map) is completely corrupted (see the attached file) and it crashes when you click on the "Close" button.
