Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I just opened the time-admin tool via the menu and had to authenticate my user to 'unlock' access to make changes. I then activated ntp support, which requires installation of a package, which required me to authenticate again.
I think the two authentications should be consolidated.

Thanks for this suggestion, but I'm not sure that's easy to do. One of the strengths of our authorizations system is that it allows the admin to give precise rights to users.Setting time is one kind of privilege, installing packages is another. We could consider installing NTP support as "setting time", but that would require installing the packages from the privileged backends, which may not be possible. I'll investigate this at some point.
