Bug Description

Using 64 bit Gutsy ubuntu...

After returning from standby, in the:
System / Administration / Network applcation, Wired Connections / General Tab,
the "Domain" box is empty - when prior to entering standby my domain name was listed.

I simply go back in and enter the Domain name and can then browse the network, but until then, no applcation can get to my server (obviously).

This is 100% repeatable and have tried it several times. SImply put in a domain name, enter standby mode, return from standby and "poof" - you'll no longer have a domain name ;(

I'll gladly post system specs if it helps.

This error still happens and can still be reproduced 100% of the time.

Using a new AMD X2 4600+ cpu(dual core 64 bit) with 1 Gig of 800Mhz DDR2 RAM on a BIOSTAR NF61 mobo.

Hi there
The issue that you reported is one that should be reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the development release - Hardy Heron. It would help us greatly if you could test with it so we can work on getting it fixed in the actively developed release. You can find out more about the development release at [WWW] http://www.ubuntu.com/testing/

Thanks in advance
