Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

hardy alpha 1 + updates as of time of filing bug.

network-admin cannot start due to a critical file being missing.
(network-admin:8337): CRITICAL **: UI file not found: /usr/share/gnome-system-tools/ui/network.ui
