[8.04 alpha1] time-admin does not allow "unlocking" when launched from panel applet

Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
When trying to update the system date and time via right-click on the panel applet the user is prompted for the sudo password, but the "Unlock" dialog box continues to be greyed out. (See screenshot below).
When the same application is launched from System > Admin > Date & Time the sudo password is not prompted until the "Unlock" is selected, which then allows for changing the date and time.
