users-admin problem in cleaning up group lists

Users-admin doesn't do proper group cleanup from the Properties dialog when
clicking "Properties" multiple times without closing the window in between. To
repeat:

1) Select a user (any user)
2) Click "Properties"
3) Go see the "Other groups" tab
4) Click "Properties" in the main window again (for this user or some other,
doesn't matter)
5) Note how the group lists contain, after each click, the stuff that was there
before as well as the stuff that should be there now, cumulating many copies of
most groups. By going to the "Advanced" tab and checking the main group, we can
see that this also gets multiple copies of all groups.

So there's clearly some inserting going on without proper cleanup first.
