Per-process network usage information (Integrate nethogs functionality?)

System Monitor should be able to show per-process network usage (and hard drive usage, for that matter)

Network usage might be able to incorporate functionality from Nethogs http://nethogs.sourceforge.net/

I find it very handy to have nethogs, but i would be much nicer to see it integrated into gnome-system-monitor and it would be more recent than having a commandline tool.

The gnome-system-monitor bug has been migrated to https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-system-monitor/issues/18 in GNOME's GitLab instance. (Trying to update the Remote Watch field gives me an error.)
