It does 70% constant CPU load.
I searched and tried to solve it many ways but neither of the ideas worked.
- switching to an older kernel
- boot with noacpi option
- disable composite module
- reconfigure the xorg
- etc...
Make sure you don't have a browser running, does it still use cpu?
