Bug Description

This is for version 42.0 of gnome-system-monitor on Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. The update interval setting is off by one decimal place specifically for the setting that affects the resources tab. So if the update interval is set to 0.10 seconds, it will refresh every second. If it's left at the default value of 1 second, it updates once every 10 seconds and appears frozen.
