Two versions are installed

They are the snap version 40.1 and the package version 3.36.1. In my opinion, only one should be installed. Only version 3.36.1 appears on installed apps in Ubuntu Software. No installation was done on my part. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS is installed.

After submitting the bug, I manually installed version 40.1 which was already installed using Ubuntu Software, so now I can manually remove it. Which version should users have?

Ubuntu 20.04 LTS stopped installing the Snap version of GNOME System Monitor by default and installed the .deb version instead.

Upgrades ought not to have kept the Snap version installed. However, if this did not work correctly, it is too late to make that kind of change now. Sorry.
