System Log utility is not themed properly in Unity (uses Gnome window styles)

The utility doesn't fit overall look and functionality that is established under Unity. Titlebar is different and does not have a menu. Window can not be maximized.

Is this really an upstream issue? gnome-system-log has a GNOME titlebar and will presumably need to be patched to look right in Unity. So isn't it like all other GNOME applications in this respect?
